There's Victory in Your Mouth! You are Your Own first Prophet!
There is supernatural principle you must have heard about several times. It is the principle of faith confession. This simply involves speaking out or making declarations of what you believe and what you are expecting.
Is there a tough matter you have been struggling with? I want to share with you how you can use the power of faith confession to move that mountain. Before I outline some steps for you, I like to draw your attention what Jesus had to say about this in Mark 11:23:
I assure you that whoever TELLS this hill to get up and throw itself in the sea and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he SAYS will happen, it will be done for him.
The principle of declaration is in TELLING the mountain. It is in SAYING what you believe should happen. In addition to what the lord said here, it is also important to understand the message of Romans 10.8. It says:
What it says is this: "God's message is near you, on your lips and in your heart"---that is, the message of faith that we preach.
God does not only expect his message to be in your heart; it must be on your lips as well. In other words, what you believe must be declared. You must do this declaration thing consistently, persistently and insistently. With this knowledge base, you may now face that mountain by doing the following:
• Ask God to increase your faith. Rebuke the voice of doubt.
• Search the scripture for what God has promised concerning that situation. Trust him for a specific word for you; that is, what the spirit will impress upon your heart.
• You will now start to fanatically declare that word in prayer and in your conversation. Be careful not to contradict your confession by negative words or contradictory action.
• Rebuke the spirit of doubt when it suggests contrary thoughts to your mind. Utter that rebuke .Don’t just think it.
• Bear this in mind: believing and having faith requires you to have the patience of a vulture. This is important to God. He is a God of “due season”.
This may not be new knowledge to you, but you are reading this now because there is something you have to use this principle for. I always pray to receive for you before writing these things. God bless you, prophet. Yes! You are your own number-one prophet.
