AN URGENT QUESTION YOU NEED TO ASK GOD

When Christ encountered Saul on the way to Damascus, Saul (as recorded in the King James Bible) asked a very good question:

And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?...Acts 9:6 KJV

This is a question every Christian must ask about their lives. The Lord makes it clear that we are made for specific assignments on earth. It is written in Ephesians 2:10 KJV  that ...we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Jeremiah, as an example, must have been shocked when God told him he had ordained him a prophet even before he (Jeremiah) was formed in his mother's womb (Jeremiah 1:5 KJV Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations).

Just like Jeremiah, you have your own unique assignment too, and you must know it if you want to live for Christ. I suppose you know that you are meant to live for Christ and not for yourself. The instruction is clear in 2 Corinthians 5:15 KJV

...and that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

The challenge here may be that you do not know what God created you to do. There's really no problem. All you need to do is add to your prayer requests the urgent question, " Lord, what would thou have me to do?"

There'll be an answer from heaven. Ask and be patient.
